The restaurant is closed on Saturday noon and on Mondays noon all year long, on Sunday evening from October till March included and on Mondays evenings from October till May included.

The recipe of our "Chef": Papeton of aubergine.

Cut aubergines in the direction of the length.
Cook it at 150 ° / 60 minutes. Refresh it.
Cut the flesh in fragments,  Mix it with dices of raw tomatoes, red peppers  Yellow.
